Note: A once a year membership fee of $20.00, which includes membership to  Gymnastics  Ontario is required before you can participate in any of our lessons.

You are allowed a maximum of three visits before this fee is required.

Airborne offers lessons in a variety of classes designed to meet the needs of specific groups . Class sizes are limited to 12 with  a 1:6 ratio of coaches to participants. This provides the individual attention all athletes/participants need to reach their potential. The classes offered by Airborne include the following:

 

BASIC LESSONS - AIMED AT ALL LEVELS

ADULT CLASSES - AIMED TO DEVELOP FITNESS IN A FUN ATMOSPHERE

SPECIAL NEEDS CLASSES - SPECIFICALLY DEVELOPED TO PROMOTE AND ADVANCE BODY AWARENESS, BALANCE, MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT,  FOCUS, COORDINATION AND  DISCIPLINE

DROP IN CLASSES - DESIGNED TO PROVIDE A SAFE, INEXPENSIVE WAY TO ENJOY  TRAMPOLINE UNDER THE WATCHFUL EYES OF TRAINED SUPERVISORS

EDUCATIONAL BOOKINGS -  DESIGNED TO COMPLEMENT PHYSICAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AT ALL LEVELS FROM ELEMENTARY TO POST SECONDARY

GROUP BOOKINGS - AN EXCELLENT WAY FOR CLUBS, TEAMS, OR JUST FRIENDS TO PROVIDE A UNIQUE AND ENJOYABLE  EXPERIENCE FOR THEIR MEMBERS

DAY CAMP - A GREAT WAY TO ENHANCE THE HOLIDAYS WITH A SUPERVISED, PLANNED PHYSICAL AND MENTAL EXPERIENCE WHICH INCLUDES TIME ON THE TRAMPOLINE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THAT.

COMPETITIVE TEAM - AIRBORNE WOODBRIDGE IS LOOKING FOR TALENTED AND ENTHUSIASTIC ATHLETES AGES 8 AND OLDER TO COMPETE AT THE INTER-CLUB AND PROVINCIAL LEVELS. GREAT COACHES, GREAT FUN AND GREAT REWARDS

 

Our coaches are certified level 1, 2 or 3 by the National Coaching Certification Program of Canada and are encouraged to further their qualifications to higher levels, by attending staff classes run out of our facility and by attending any seminars or other professional development programs offered by The Ontario Gymnastics Federation or other reputable organizations.
