Let begin with the return of Airborne Trampoline Woodbridge’s fall Trampoline Class. September marks the start of kids going back to school. Some kids welcome it, some kids dread it. To help give the later something else to look forward to in September, Airborne Trampoline Woodbridge also begins its Fall Trampoline Classes session. Once enrolled in Airborne’s Trampoline Classes session, jumpers work one on one with Airborne’s Gymnastics Ontario Certified Coaches learning all the skills and maneuvers that make trampolining such an enjoyable sport. Airborne Trampoline Woodbridge coaches progress our jumpers through Airbornes Trampoline Level system originally created by the coach of the Canadian Olympic Trampoline Team, Dave Ross. The skills begin at Level 1 where jumpers learn the basics of trampolining including shape jumps and small twists and turns. By the time Airborne jumpers reach the higher levels, they have progressed into the more difficult skills including Seat drops, Back Drops, Swivel Hips, and in some cases, even beginner flips and inversions. Its a great way to spend an evening and even gives the kids a nice, energy burning, healthy break from sitting in front of the TV or doing boring old homework.
