Have you ever wondered what it would be like to compete in the Olympics? It may seem like a far fetched idea, but with enough determination and hard work, anyone can become an Olympic athlete. Here at Airborne Trampoline, we’re dedicated to creating a fun and prosperous environment for those interested in learning the sport of competitive trampoline. We’ve trained countless athletes who’ve gone onwards to compete in the Olympics, and have perfected our teaching methods for over a decade. With that in mind, Airborne Trampoline is proud to announce that our recreational classes have now opened and we’re finally taking bookings. Whether you’re a complete beginner, or an avid trampoline competitor, you’re more than welcome in our facility. If you’re not all that interested in competing, and would rather focus on working out and having fun, that’s great too! Lots of people join in on our classes simply because it’s a fantastic workout!

Recreational Classes – How Do They Work?

So how do our recreational classes work you may ask? Well, it’s actually quite simple. For as little as $219, you’ll be able to take part in a weekly class, for 10 weeks. You’ll be guided by our certified trampoline NCCP coaches through a wide array of exercises and techniques, all of which are performed on Olympic sized trampolines. The classes are an hour long, and are an amazing workout. We accept anyone and everyone, whether you want to come with your family, friends, or by yourself.

Adult Classes – The Greatest Workout Ever

Our adult classes are an excellent workout. Not only are they a great way to burn fat and build muscle, but you’ll be increasing your stamina, agility, coordination, flexibility, and so much more. Unlike our recreational classes, our adult classes are not aimed towards preparing you for competition, but rather, are a way to work out and socialize. Our instructors will help you learn and workout at your own pace. Every class is an hour long. Trust us, this will be the highlight of your week. Once you’ve experienced our Olympic sized trampolines, you’ll never want to leave!

Freestyle Classes – The Snowboarder’s Classroom

Are you a snowboarder, skier, or wakeboarder that’s looking to develop new freestyle skills? Our freestyle classes are specifically designed to increase your agility, stamina, and coordination. Our certified Trampoline and Air Sense coaches will teach you flat spins, doubles, corks, rodeos, and so much more! Airborne Trampoline is the only recreational facility that teaches these skills in the entirety of the KW region. It doesn’t matter if you’re new to your sport, or have never been on a trampoline. We accept anyone who’s interested, regardless of skill level.

Classes for Tots

Are your little ones eager to get hopping? Are they little Olympic athletes in the making? The good news is that your little ones, aged 2 – 5, can join in on any class! As long as a parent accompanies them throughout the entire class, they’re more than welcome to join in on the fun. We have a few different options for young children, all of which are super fun and welcoming. Check out our website for our different options and classes.

Special Needs Classes

If your child has special needs they’re also more than welcome in our facility. We have classes running every Sunday morning dedicated to children with special needs. The classes are a safe and inclusive way for your children to have lots of fun. Before signing your child up for one of our special needs classes, we recommend you visit our website and read through our guidelines for this type of class.

COVID-19 – What We’re Doing About It

Now that the vaccination numbers are going up, and COVID-19 cases are dropping, Airborne Trampoline is preparing for a future in which we can go back to normal. However, until Canadian health professionals give us the all clear, we’re going to maintain our current COVID-19 health protocols. They include the following: Health screening upon entry, regular sanitizing of our facility, mask wearing indoors, social distancing, and other similar measures.
